PREORDERS

Preorders are the most accurate way for us to determine the demand of certain collections and products, ensuring you get the products you want before they sell out.

We offer two different types of preorders:

1. PREORDER. This means an unlimited quantity will be entered, and the preorder won't sell out. Our order quantity with the manufacturer will be based on the demand of each item, which is determined by the quantites ordered by our customers during the preorder period.

2. LIMITED QUANTITY PREORDER. This means we have already placed our order with the manufacturer and are offering those exact quantities for preorder to our customers. Generally, this is done with smaller companies that tend to sell out their items faster. During the customer preorder, if we sell all of the quantity we have already ordered from the manufacturer, we will try to order more and if we are able to, we will add the reordered quantity back onto the website.

THIS INFORMATION APPLIES TO ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS/COLLECTIONS.

• PAYMENT is made immediately, at the time of preorder. 
• ARRIVAL TIMES are estimated based on shipping dates provided by manufacturers and suppliers. Keep in mind, these dates are always estimates and are not guaranteed. Sometimes products arrive early, sometimes they arrive late. Please be prepared to wait longer than the estimated time in case of delay.
• SHIPPING occurs when the preordered items arrive, even if there are other in-stock items in your order. If your order includes preorder AND currently in-stock items, the in-stock items are held until the preorder items arrive, and the order ships as one unit. If you would prefer in-stock items ship immediately, please place a separate order for them.
• CANCELLATION of preorders is not allowed.
• MISS THE PREORDER WINDOW? After preorders are filled/shipped, any remaining stock will become available online and in our Springfield store.
