PREORDERS

Preorders are the most accurate way for us to determine the demand of certain collections and products, ensuring you get the products you want before they sell out.

• PAYMENT is made immediately, at the time of preorder. 
• ARRIVAL TIMES are estimated based on shipping dates provided by manufacturers and suppliers. Keep in mind, these dates are always estimates and are not guaranteed. Sometimes products arrive early, sometimes they arrive late. Please be prepared to wait longer than the estimated time in case of delay.
• SHIPPING occurs when the preordered items arrive, even if there are other in-stock items in your order. If your order includes preorder AND currently in-stock items, the in-stock items are held until the preorder items arrive, and the order ships as one unit. If you would prefer in-stock items ship immediately, please place a separate order for them.
• CANCELLATION of preorders is not allowed.
• MISS THE PREORDER WINDOW? After preorders are filled/shipped, any remaining stock will become available online.
