 Tim Holtz Distress Rock Candy Glitter is a vintage inspired clear glitter that creates twinkling sparkle. To colorize, add glitter to a cup and add a few drops of Tim Holtz Alcohol Ink. Mix with a craft stick until glitter is colored and desired tint is achieved. Allow glitter to dry. Adhere glitter with Distress Collage Medium, Ranger Glossy Accents or other liquid adhesive.
