All orders ship via USPS. All efforts are made to ship your order as quickly as possible, and on average ship within 1-2 days of your order (not including orders placed on weekends). However, we do ask that you allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order so that we have a reasonable window of time to ship the large amount of orders we receive. During sales and special events, please allow extra time for order fulfillment and shipping due to the large volume of orders placed during these times.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once a label has been printed for your order. If you do not receive an email, you can log into your account and get the tracking information from your order history page - just click the order number to open up the detailed invoice of that particular order.
Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, we (Scrapbook Generation) see the exact same tracking information as you. We do not have extra insight as the shipper. Sometimes there are delays, slow routes, extreme weather, and service exceptions that are unforseen and out of our control. This generally results in a tracking status of "In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late" - meaning that the package is still moving, but will be delivered later than the estimated date originally provided.
As long as the package is still moving in the USPS system, it is not lost. If a package has not moved or had an update for 10 consecutive days, the package can be considered lost and we can then move to file a claim/reship.

CANADA - $29.99 on orders up to $49.99; $34.99 on orders up to $74.99; $39.99 on orders $75 and more
AUSTRALIA - $39.99 on orders up to $49.99; $44.99 on orders up to $74.99; $49.99 on orders $75 and more
If you believe the actual shipping costs associated with your order are lower than the amount paid, email stacey@scrapbookgeneration.com to request a price check/refund of the difference in cost. If requesting a refund, please be aware that all shipping costs include a base amount of $5.00 per shipment to cover boxes, tape, packing materials, and other miscellaneous expenses, in addition to the actual postage. If you are owed a refund, it will be issued as a store credit.

Bank-It orders can be held for up to 12 months. As an order is nearing the 12 month deadline, a reminder will be sent to the email address used to place the order. If no response is received within seven days, the order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are subject to cancellation without refund. If you need to extend your time beyond 12 months, please email stacey@scrapbookgeneration.com.

Returns policy
Scrapbook Generation layout/card kits are NOT eligible for return/refund. Paid digital content (downloadable sketches and ebooks) are NOT eligible for a refund. All other items can be returned for a store credit of the same value.
- To initiate the return process, please email stacey@scrapbookgeneration.com for a return authorization.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the order's ship date.
- Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition to receive a store credit.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store credit will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the return.
