Five birthday themed one-page sketches designed by Allison Davis.
- The first sketch has three 2 x 2" photos and one 2-1/2 x 3-1/2" photo with a large cake design accented with banners, candles, and flourishes.
- The second sketch has three 2-1/2 x 2-1/2" photos with a background made up of horizontal strips accented with a large birthday hat.
- The third sketch has two 3 x 5" photos and had a large background accented with lots of banners.
- The fourth sketch has three 4 x 4" photos with a large background accented with vertical strips and balloons.
- The fifth sketch has three 3 x 5" photos accented with horizontal strips, a row of numbers, and birthday candles.
